In Te Maunga we did a soundscape. I learnt that Taonga Puoro means musical instruments in Maori. We used sand and leaves for a person walking on the ground then we used our voice for a snake and we used a tap and a bucket for a waterfall.
Kia ora Kora, it’s Ayanda in Te Ngahere. I really enjoyed reading your blog post about soundscape because I found the sounds very interesting. I didn’t know that Taonga Puoro means musical instruments in māori. I really like soundscapes but next time you could add a video because I would really like to hear your soundscape. Did you have fun making your soundscape?
