In Te Maunga we have been doing Te Wiki O Te Reo Maori. I learned some more Te Reo Maori. The one thing I like doing was the code breaker. It was hard but then easy at the same time. You had to do a Maori puzzle, figure out the Maori number and write down what colors the Maori flag was in Te Reo Maori. Once you do that you will get a prize. The prize was a gold cup. I learned more about Te Reo by doing this task.
Kia ora! I am a year 4-5 student in Te Maunga at Paihia School, New Zealand. My teachers are Mrs Pou and Mr Ngata.

Lockdown
At home I was doing a lot of farming with my Papa and other cool activities like making frozen honey, riding the quads, playing hide and seek with my nephew around the farm and cows. Me and my nephew were too scared to hide close to the cows because they might charge at us so we did not hide close to them. We also did other cool things. I learnt how to stay safe when it is level 4 lockdown with my family. The one thing I liked doing was helping my Papa feed the cows. I learnt that don’t go into other peoples bubbles because they might have the flu and it can be contagious and if you are with your Nan and Papa in lockdown you might bring it home to them and they will get really sick
